Compensation Committee Leadership Network (CCLN) members devoted most of the March 11 and 12 meeting to discussing shareholder relations issues, particularly shareholder-director engagement and dealing with activist shareholders. Members were joined by Chris Wightman, Principal, CamberView Partners, and Cliff Robbins, CEO, Blue Harbour Group, for separate portions of the meeting.
