Why do leaders get involved?

Corporate leaders are drawn to working directly with peers in small but powerful groups to apply their experiences to the challenges of today and tomorrow. Sponsors seek us out to drive progress in their sectors, enhance trust in the capital markets, and develop their leaders. Talented professionals join Tapestry to work with senior leaders on the issues that matter most.

in a network or project

Many of our networks and projects focus on specific roles, such as the audit chair, or particular sectors, such as banking or healthcare. A few tackle specific issues, such as technology, cybersecurity, ethics and culture, and compliance, typically crossing multiple sectors. Most of our meetings are by invitation only, but we make insights from from our meetings widely available.

a valued partner

Most of our work is funded by third-party sponsors. Sponsor executives typically join meetings as peers of the participating corporate or government leaders adding insights while building relationships with clients and experts. Sponsors enjoy the privilege of connecting to Tapestry’s entire network of senior leaders.
