At the Financial Services Leadership Summit on June 8–9, 2022 in New York, directors and executives from large financial institutions, regulators, and other subject matter experts discussed the ongoing imperative for digital investments to improve their ability to meet evolving customer needs, as part of a broader agenda about how financial institutions are meeting heightened stakeholder expectations. Summit participants were joined by Howard Boville, head of IBM Cloud Platform, and Carlos Gutierrez, CEO of Empath and non-executive director at MetLife.
