Reaching the next generation of banking customers

At the Bank Governance Leadership Network (BGLN) meeting on March 16 in London, participants met to discuss how banks and their boards can address the challenge of reaching the next generation of customers by developing new products, optimizing sales and distribution models, and more effectively communicating the bank value proposition to younger customers. This ViewPoints summarizes these discussions with participants’ and focuses on the following areas:
