Dennis Andrade
Dennis Andrade is a partner with Tapestry Networks where he leads the financial services group. His work is focused on bringing together leaders of large financial institutions, international regulators and policymakers, fintech executives, and others to make progress on the key challenges in the sector. Throughout his career, Dennis has explored the intersection of policy and enterprise.
As leader of the Bank and Insurance Governance Leadership Networks, Dennis works with non-executive directors, senior executives, regulators, and other stakeholders to address issues central to the future of international banking, insurance, and capital markets. He also leads the Banking and Fintech Leadership Forum exploring the changing financial services ecosystem with fintech leaders and senior bank executives. He has led public-private working groups on risk management and oversight and supervision of financial institutions, and has written extensively on risk, governance, regulation, financial technology and innovation, strategy, and business models in banking and fintech, including serving as one of the authors of the Group of Thirty’s seminal report, Toward Effective Governance of Financial Institutions.
Dennis was previously a consultant with Alliance Consulting Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm in Boston, where he worked on projects developing business unit, marketing, and sales strategies for clients in financial services, private equity, and consumer goods in the United States, Europe, and Israel. He began his career at ICIC, an economic research and strategy advisory organization, which was founded and led by Harvard Professor Michael Porter as part of his work on regional competitiveness. Dennis’ work on entrepreneurial growth companies and economic development while at ICIC was featured in Inc., Fortune, and in a Harvard Business School case study.
Dennis lives in Duxbury, MA with his wife, three children, and a Bernese Mountain dog.
