Tracey Joubert

Executive Experience: As global chief financial officer for Molson Coors Beverage Company, Tracey is responsible for technical accounting (IFRS; US Gaap); performance planning & analysis; risk management; treasury; corporate taxation; finance integration; advanced analytics; global business services, investor relations, procurement, and information technology. She is responsible for establishing strong financial management, information systems and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting financial performance to shareholders.

Prior to being appointed to her current role, Tracey served as the chief financial officer and executive vice president of MillerCoors from 212 to November 216, overseeing the successful growth of the US business.  Upon the formation of MillerCoors LLC in 28, Tracey served as vice president of finance, planning & analysis, and controller. Before that, Tracey served as director of finance and group services at Miller Brewing Company and held various finance positions at SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Previous to joining the beer industry, she was financial manager at Barloworld, Ltd and articled at KPMG South Africa.

Additional information: Tracey serves on the board of directors for several organizations, including: Molson Coors Beverage Company, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.

Tracey holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. She passed the public accountants and auditors board exams in 1989.
