Tony Steadman

Tony Steadman is a senior partner in EY’s Global Insurance Advisory Practice and serves as the Global Workforce Consulting Leader for the Insurance Sector. Tony also serves as Global Client Service Partner for the largest P&C insurer and Senior Account Lead for specific Reinsurance accounts. Tony is trained in Six Sigma and Lean.

Tony has over 25 years of consulting and industry experience with a specialty in strategy, organizational effectiveness and enterprise spend optimization. Tony also has significant experience consulting across all areas of IT, finance, HR service delivery, and contingent workforce management. He has very deep expertise dealing with the change and talent implications of cyber and RPA and workforce enabling technology.

Tony brings to his client engagements very diverse industry experience in insurance, health care, energy, chemicals, utilities, higher education, and life sciences.

Tony has a master’s degree in human resources and a BA in industrial and engineering management from The University of South Carolina.
