Tom Mildenhall

Tom Mildenhall leads the technology partnership development team at Bank of America. This team focuses on external innovation, emerging technology introduction, technology business development, and strategic partnerships. Their goal is to attract innovation into BofA and help drive the build-buy partner discussion internally.

Their mandate is to cover all aspects of enterprise technology including: analytics, data science, information security, infrastructure, software and software development tools, fintech, HR, AML, AI/ML, Blockchain, capital markets tech, consumer banking, marketing, wealth management, and customer experience.

Tom also leads venture capital coverage and start-up coverage globally for BofA. He also partners with investment banking, corporate banking, institutional securities, and wealth management by leveraging IT thought leadership to create revenue opportunities and to connect client relationships across the Firm.

Tom received an MBA from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in business from Brigham Young University.
