Tim Leyden

Executive Experience: Timothy M. Leyden (retired) currently serves on the boards of Itron Inc. a NASDAQ company, and private companies, Oracle Elevator and BlytheCo. During his career, he has held positions as CIO, CFO, and COO of Western Digital Corporation and president of the original Western Digital (WD) business unit after it became a subsidiary of Western Digital Corporation immediately following Western Digital Corporation’s acquisition of HGST.

In addition to a long career with Western Digital, he held management and leadership positions with Sage USA (a subsidiary of Sage U.K Ltd), General Electric Ireland, (a subsidiary of General Electric Corporation USA), and Kollmorgen Ireland, (a subsidiary of Kollmorgen USA).

In addition to his financial experience, his background includes overseeing strategy and operations for global manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and sales in addition to extensive experience in merger and acquisition negotiation, integration, and assimilation.

Additional information: Tim is a chartered management accountant and he holds an MBA from the University of California Irvine.
