Executive experience: Terry Rappuhn was CFO of Quorum Health Group, Inc., a $1.9 billion publicly held company, and an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP for over 15 years.
Terry is passionate about the consumer’s healthcare experience, having served as project leader for Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)’s Patient Friendly Billing initiative, which promotes patient-focused practices and engagement. She maintains an active network of healthcare industry leaders.
Terry also founded Westminster Home Connection, a not-for-profit home repair organization. Westminster works in 14 counties and makes over 2 homes safe and functional each year, empowering older adults to age in place.
Additional information: Terry has chaired audit committees at four publicly held companies and qualifies as a financial expert with experience as a chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, external auditor and internal auditor. She is a CPA. Terry also holds NACD’s CERT certificate in cybersecurity oversight.
