Executive Experience: Teresa retired from Xcel Energy in 2016, where she held the position of executive vice president and chief financial 0fficer from 2011. Responsible for all financial functions, including the controller’s office, treasury, tax, risk management, internal audit, budgeting and forecasting, investor relations, regulatory revenue requirements and corporate development for Xcel Energy which operates in an eight-state region and then had a market cap of over $2 billion and assets in excess of $39 billion.

Additional information: Since 2013, Teresa has served on the board of directors of Public Education and Business Coalition, a nonprofit organization located in Denver, CO.

Teresa holds a bachelor of science degree (accounting) from Colorado State University as well as an MBA from Regis University and is a certified public accountant.
