Executive Experience: Stan Meresman is a professional independent director, audit committee chair, advisor and mentor. He advises CEOs and CFOs on preparing to become a public reporting company, IPO process, operating as a public company, and scaling the growth of the company. He is a financial expert as defined by the SEC rules.
Stan was a past CFO for ten years of two NYSE-listed companies: Silicon Graphics (SGI) where revenue grew to $4 billion, and Cypress Semiconductor (CY) which he took public. As a board member and chair of the audit committee, he has had board oversight responsibility for taking eight companies public (Cloudflare, Medallia, Guardant Health, Snap, LinkedIn, Zynga, Riverbed Technology, Polycom).
Stan had been general partner and COO of Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), a venture capital firm focused on late-stage growth technology companies.
Additional information: Stan received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business; and BS in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley.
