Sarah-Jane Boulos

Sarah-Jane Boulos is a partner in EY’s Forensics practice in London. She has 20 years experience as a fraud professional with a background in investigations, ethics and compliance, anti-bribery and corruption and sustainability. With a diverse career working within the private and NGO sectors she has investigated fraudulent activities in developed and developing countries, navigating complex regulatory and political landscapes. Sarah-Jane joined EY from the LEGO Group, a global consumer goods company where she spent over 8 years designing and leading the Group’s third party due diligence function. Prior to this she led the Sub-Saharan Africa risk and investigations work at FTI Consulting where she was also seconded to the World Economic Forum’s ‘Partnership Against Corruption Initiative’. She has worked for the Kleptocracy team at the environmental and human rights NGO, Global Witness and worked on complex multi jurisdictional fraud investigations during her time at Kroll.

Sarah-Jane leads Forensics’ Sustainability offering in London and has a particular interest in the interplay between corporate integrity, risk and responsibility. She is passionate about driving positive impact through sustainable business practices.
