Rozina Daruwalla

Rozina Daruwalla is a managing director with EY in the consulting practice. She brings over 18+ years of professional experience with EY, launching her career as an external auditor and for the past decade, serving as risk advisor focused on providing risk management solutions to her clients. Rozina serves as the engagement partner for many of EY’s internal audit clients within the Tri-state area and often leads multi-disciplinary teams for addressing client issues. Her diverse experiences in accounting, business, and IT allows her to bring holistic solutions to our clients in addressing strategic and performance risks. Rozina led the refresh of the ERM framework for Bristol Myers Squibb for 22, in close collaboration with BMS chief audit officer and CFO.
Rozina serves as speaker at many of EY’s firm sponsored events including IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) and is a contributing author, presenting EY’s point-of view and thought leadership in new and emerging risk areas. She frequently facilitates CAE roundtables in the New Jersey market, bringing different organizational perspectives and practices together for driving continued excellence in risk management.
Rozina is extremely passionate about developing EY’s people and is a key team member for their diversity & inclusiveness initiative for advancing minorities and women in executive roles. Rozina holds a masters in accounting & auditing and holds an active CPA license in New Jersey. She is also a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified in Risk and Information systems control (CRISC) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
