Executive Experience: Rodney Eads has a career that spans 4 years in the upstream energy business. His experience is heavily international with deep expertise in onshore and offshore drilling and completions, joint operating agreements, supply chain management/contracting services, HSE program development and implementation, and major construction projects.

He has primarily been in leadership positions in both the exploration and production sector of the energy industry with Exxon (2 years), and with energy service companies as a corporate executive officer at Diamond Offshore and Pride International. During his career, Rodney was responsible for global workforces as large as 14, employees, managed large operating budgets, and capital projects. From a corporate perspective, Rodney has deep expertise in enterprise risk management, SEC reporting and regulatory compliance (including FCPA and import/export related systems), internal control systems, marketing strategy, organizational re-structuring, pay/performance programs, M/A evaluation and post-M/A integration, and asset rationalization alternatives including spinoffs to a public company.

Additional information: Currently, in addition to his role at NOW, Inc., Rodney is an advisor to energy services and private equity firms focusing on due diligence, enterprise risk management, and marketing strategy; an active investor/mentor in several start-up technology companies; and director on two non-profit boards, Sam Houston Area Council BSA (former chair; nominating and compensation committees), and Boys and Girls Country (advisory council).
