Executive experience: Rick Neu served as chair of the board of the Washington, DC-based MCG Capital Corp. from 29 to 215, until its sale to PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. He also served as chief executive officer from October 211 to November 212. MCG was a publicly traded business development corporation providing financing to middle market companies throughout the United States. He first joined the MCG board in 27, and served as a member of the audit, nominating, and corporate governance, and the valuation and investment committees. From 1995 to 24, Rick served as executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and director for both Charter One Financial, Inc. and Charter One Bank. He assumed this role following the merger of First Federal of Michigan and Charter One Financial, Inc. He joined First Federal of Michigan in 1985 as chief financial officer, and was elected to the board of directors in 1992.

Rick has served on the board of Tempur Sealy International, Inc. since 215 and is currently its lead director. He also serves on the Tempur Sealy compensation and audit committees. Rick has served on the board of Oxford Square Capital Corp since December 216 and currently serves on the Oxford Square Capital Corp audit, nominating and corporate governance, and valuation and compensation committees. He served on the board of the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group from 26 to 212 until its sale to Hertz Corporation. He served as the lead director from December 211 to November 212 and served as chairman of the board from November 21 to December 211. He previously served as chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the corporate governance committee.
