Executive Experience: Rich Dozer is the retired chair of GenSpring Family Office, a private wealth management firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served from 28 until January 213. Prior to this role, Rich served in various roles at the Arizona Diamondbacks Major League Baseball team (President from 1995 to 26) and the Phoenix Suns National Basketball Association team (chief operating officer from 1987 to 1995). Early in his career, Rich was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen LLP.
Additional information: Rich currently serves on the boards of directors of: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, a not-for-profit provider of health insurance and related services in Arizona, where he is chair of the board and Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II), Inc., a real estate investment trust. Rich previously served on the board of directors of Apollo Education Group, Inc., a private education provider, from 211 to 217.
Rich holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Arizona and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
