Rich Bonahoom

Rich is a partner in the Chicago office of EY and is a Global Client Service Partner to key accounts. He has over 35 years of business experience, and over 25 years’ experience with EY.

Rich is a member of the US-Central Region executive leadership team and co-leads the One EY business transformation program for the region, which included the integration of the former Central and Southeast regions.

Rich formerly served as the Business Development leader for EY’s Central region. In this role, he was responsible for the deployment and execution of the firm’s go-to-market strategy in the region, including oversight of the 85-person business development team. He led a diverse team that created the first-ever BD Talent Development framework that was adopted globally by the firm, and was also a leader of the Americas BD D&I Recruiting program. Rich has served as Global Client Service Partner to several priority accounts including Jones Lang LaSalle, UnitedHealth Group, Allstate, CNA, and State Farm. He continues to work directly with client service teams to drive value based opportunities, client service quality, and high performing account team management.

Rich is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a BBA in accounting.  He lives in Chicago with his wife Jane and three children, Julie, Peter, and Jay.
