Ramy Tadros is president of MetLife’s US business and a member of the company’s executive group.

As US business president, Ramy oversees the company’s group benefits, retirement and income solutions, and property and casualty businesses in the United States, as well as MetLife global employee benefits, which provides insights and consultation for our employee benefits businesses in approximately 4 countries. Ramy was MetLife’s executive vice president and chief risk officer from September 217 to April 219. In this role, he was responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing risk for the enterprise. Ramy joined the company from global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where he was the global head of the insurance practice and a member of the firm’s operating committee.

During his 2 years with Oliver Wyman, Ramy advised leading global life and property and casualty insurers on strategy, product, distribution, risk, and financial topics. He served as an advisor to MetLife on its challenge to its designation as a systemically important financial institution and the separation of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. Ramy spent time based in both the New York and London offices, advising clients in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Ramy graduated from Harvard University in 1997 with a bachelor of science degree in economics, magna cum laude.
