Executive Experience:  Paul is the founding partner of EdgeAdvisors, specializing in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He was previously a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international consulting and accounting firm until 28. He has worked extensively with both public and private companies from start-up to mature stages of growth. Paul’s roles in the Northeast practice of PWC included: marketing and sales market leader, the technology, life sciences, InfoCom and entertainment practice leader, partner-in-charge of the middle market services, and chief of staff to the vice chairman of domestic operations. Paul has extensive experience with initial public offerings, multinational public companies, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital funding.

Additional information: Paul graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor of science. His civic and professional organizations include the Boston Museum of Science, National Association of Corporate Directors, Northeastern University, Trustees of Sandwich Beaches, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul was also former director and executive committee member of the Massachusetts Innovative and Technology Exchange.
