Executive Experience: Pat joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a partner in 22, where he provided various consulting and attest services to clients and held a number of regional and national leadership positions until his retirement in 211. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche LLP, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP where he provided similar services to clients and held similar leadership positions.

Additional information: In addition to serving on the board of directors and chairing the audit committee of Entergy Corporation, a Louisiana-based integrated energy company, Pat also serves on the boards of Urban Gateways, a Chicago-based 51(c)(3) organization whose mission is to educate and inspire young people by delivering high-quality, accessible arts experiences that advance their personal and academic growth; and the Brother Rice High School Foundation, also a Chicago-based 51(c)(3) organization. From May 212 until its December 215 sale to The Kroger Co., he also served as an independent director and chair of the audit committee of Roundy’s, Inc., a leading Midwest grocery company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pat earned a bachelor of science in business administration degree in accounting from John Carroll University.
