Mike Stephens

Mike is a partner in EY’s consulting practice. In his 12 years of experience, he has successfully led many international transformation programs in transaction integration, enterprise cost reduction, and digital transformation and automation.

Serving as a firm thought leader in Intelligent Automation solutions, Mike has driven multiple large-scale, complex automation programs at three Global 5 organizations, leveraging a suite of technologies to deliver digital transformation. Most recently, his team helped a client achieve over 1, hours of automation.

Mike has had extensive experience working in complex multicultural environments and teams, having spent much of his career abroad in Mexico, Germany, Japan, and China.
