Executive Experience: Since 28, Mike Merriman has been an operating advisor for Resilience Capital Partners LLC, a leading private equity firm investing across a range of industries. From 26 through 27, he was the chief executive officer of The Lamson & Sessions Co., a manufacturer of thermoplastic conduit, fittings, and electrical switch and outlet boxes. Previously, Mike was chief financial officer of American Greetings Corporation, a consumer products company, from 25 to 26. Prior to that, from 1995 until 24, he was the president and chief executive officer of Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. / Dirt Devil Inc.
