Michael Todman

Executive Experience: Michael Todman retired as vice chair of Whirlpool Corporation in December 215. He held several senior leadership positions during his tenure, including president, Whirlpool International; president, Whirlpool North America; and executive vice president and president, Whirlpool Europe. He also held several finance, sales, and marketing positions in the United States and Europe. He was a member of the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation from January 26 until his retirement. 

Additional information: Post retirement, Michael is involved in several community endeavors as well as serving on certain public company boards. His community involvement includes serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Benton Harbor as its chair, as vice chair on the board of Cornerstone Alliance, and as a member of the boards of Lakeland Hospitals, Spectrum Health, and Michigan’s Great Southwest Strategic Leadership Council.

Michael, a native of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and began his career at Price Waterhouse and Co. 

He resides with his wife in St. Joseph, Michigan.
