Megan Doyle

Megan Doyle is an attorney who has spent more than 15 years advising on matters pertaining to the regulation of drugs, medical devices, combination products, and in vitro diagnostics.  She began her career in the medical device practice at Hogan Lovells, representing medical device and diagnostic companies on premarket and postmarket matters.  She then joined Amgen as a Senior Counsel for Health Regulatory, where she counseled on drug, device, combination products, and diagnostic matters.  She also served as Amgen’s Global Policy Lead for diagnostics, digital health, and oncology.  She currently is the Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Diagnostics at Eli Lilly and Company.
