Executive experience: Maureen Morrison is a highly accomplished senior executive leader, who in her capacity as an audit partner at PwC, has worked with prominent multibillion dollar, global, technology corporations. She has diversified experience in Software, IT-enabled solutions and Consulting, Hardware, and Manufacturing. As a highly respected financial and accounting expert, Maureen has extensive experience in corporate boardrooms, advising Audit Committees of midcap public companies, serving multiple private equity backed entities, such as Infor (Golden Gate Capital) and The Weather Channel (Blackstone, Bain Capital, and NBCUniversal), and Fortune 500 companies, such as NCR Corporation.

For six years, Maureen was a senior leader for the Atlanta technology practice of PwC. In this role, she was responsible for annual budgeting, long-term projections, cash collections, utilization, people development, and career advancement. At PwC in Atlanta, Maureen has served on numerous committees in her tenure including national nominating (chair), national admissions (member), and as chief auditor.

Additional information: Maureen is a non-profit board member representing the education committee, and formerly the finance committee, for The Alliance Theater (Woodruff Arts Center) in Atlanta, GA.

Maureen attended the J.L. Kellogg School of Management Women’s Director Development Program at Northwestern University in 2014. She also recently completed the six-month OnBoard Development Program for the development of executive women to become directors for for-profit companies. Maureen was recently named to the executive leadership honor roll.

Maureen resides in Atlanta, GA with her family.
