Matt Rechtin has over 11 years of M&A and corporate finance experience in the technology sector. Prior to EY, Matt was in the technology investment banking practice at Wells Fargo, Lazard, and RBC.
Matt has advised the following companies on recent transactions:
Autonomous Vehicle and Robotics company, BI Software and Services company, OSI, Shift Technologies, TimeClock Plus, AMI, OneStream, eSilicon, Waitr, Plantronics, Cree, Rainmaker LRO, HPE, Chariot, FireEye, ChipMOS Bermuda, Kofax, Bluebeam, Trimble, Strangeloop, and Phoenix Technologies.
Matt holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds Series 79 and Series 63.
