Executive experience: Dr. Helmes was the CFO of Celesio from 212-214, She also held the role of CEO at Celesio from 213 – 214. Prior to this, she was CFO of Q-Cells. From 26 – 21 she served as CFO of ThyssenKrupp Elevator and from 25-26 as CFO of ThyssenKrupp Stainless. Earlier in her career she served as Director Mergers & Acquisitions of ThyssenKrupp AG.
