Executive Experience: Lisa A. Payne is the retired vice chair and chief financial officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. , a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust which owns, operates, and develops regional shopping centers nationally and internationally. She also served on the board of directors of the company.

Prior to Taubman, Lisa was a vice president in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division. Her 10 years of service with Goldman Sachs included broad real estate experience in the areas of acquisition and development financing, merger and acquisition advisories, and public and private debt, and equity offerings. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs she was a vice president in Chemical Bank’s real estate department.

Subsequent to Taubman, she spent from 2016 to 2017 as the president of Soave Enterprises real estate division and chair of Soave Enterprises, Inc.

Lisa is also a member of the board of directors of three NYSE companies ‒ Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS), Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK), and JC Penney (NYSE:JCP). Lisa chairs the audit committee of Masco Corporation and chairs the compensation and talent management committee of Rockwell Automation. She also serves on the board of trustees for Cranbrook Educational Community and The Henry Ford where she chairs the finance committee. In addition, she is on the board of trustees for CARE House, an organization serving the needs of neglected and abused children in Oakland County, The Joseph Project, an organization providing legal services to survivors of human trafficking in the US, and Our Daughters International, an organization rescuing and restoring victims of human trafficking in Nepal.
