Laurie Siegel

FactSet Research Systems and Lumen Technologies

Laurie Siegel served as a senior executive at several global companies, including ten years as the chief human resource officer of Tyco International. Laurie joined Tyco as part of a new team charged with restoring the company’s reputation, financial strength and governance practices. She oversaw the total overhaul of the leadership team, initiatives to restore the confidence of the 24, employees around the globe and many of the workstreams associated with the spin-offs of Covidien, TE Connectivity, ADT Corporation and the merger of Tyco Flow Control with Pentair.

Prior to joining Tyco, Laurie served in senior leadership roles at Honeywell International and as a management consultant.

Laurie currently serves as a director of Lumen Technologies and Factset; she chairs the compensation committees of both boards.

Laurie is a senior advisor to the G1 Companies and is a principal of LAS Advisory Services, where she advises CEOs of public and private companies in aligning their organizations and leadership with strategic and operational priorities.

Laurie has earned several awards including being named a top 1 Director by the National Association of Corporate Directors in 217 and a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 28. Laurie holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a MCRP jointly from the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard School of Design, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.
