Laurette serves as a director of Celestica, Inc., The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Nucor Corporation. Laurette has been director of Papa John’s International Inc. since June 214, Celestica Inc. since April 23, 29, and she served as director at The Hillshire Brands Company (Sara Lee Corp.) from January 3, 23 to 214. She has been an independent director of Nucor Corporation since September 2, 215. Laurette previously served on the board of directors of AIG from 29 till 212. Executive Experience: Laurette most recently served as executive chair of International Lease Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) from June 212 until its May 214 sale to AerCap Holdings N.V. Laurette served as president of Boeing International, a division of The Boeing Company, where she served in a variety of financial and business leadership roles from 1997 until 28, including as a member of the Office of the Chair and Boeing’s chief administration and human resources officer. Prior to her time with Boeing, she spent 19 years at McDonnell Douglas Corp, which merged with The Boeing Company in 1997.
