In addition to serving on Deloitte Consulting’s management committee, the primary leadership team that set the strategy for the firm, Kristy served on several key advisory committees. These included the advisory council for Deloitte’s new financial system, one of the largest SAP S/4HANA implementations in the world. She also led the consulting operations committee which focused on the management and optimization of day-to-day operations.

Kristy helped to successfully maintain consistent and predictable double-digit growth and was instrumental in the assessment and mitigation of enterprise risk by developing and directing new approaches to measure, monitor, and manage risk across the portfolio.
