Ken Marshall

Ken has more than 3 years of experience serving the banking and capital market industries both in the US and abroad, with proven expertise in the accounting and regulatory environment surrounding financial institutions, accounting for financial instruments, and broad-based application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards.   

Ken is currently the global coordinating service partner on S&P Global and The Carlyle Group. 

Ken represented EY on various FASB and EITF matters related to fair value as a measurement basis and served as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC).
