Katie Wilks

Katie Wilks leads the Specialty Risk practice within Booz Allen Hamilton’s US commercial business. In this capacity, she leads the design, incubation, and scaling of emerging and innovative capabilities to help clients thrive in a more connected world.  

Over the past several years, Katie has guided Fortune 5 companies to accomplish board-mandated objectives, design and implement new and integrated capabilities, adopt data-driven decision-making, and accelerate desired organizational behaviors.

In addition to being a certified organizational change practitioner, Katie is a seasoned facilitator with proven experience in designing creative, interactive sessions that challenge executives to imagine and reimagine what’s possible, go deeper in their understanding of business and security challenges, and generate strategies that propel action outside of the session.

Katie has a degree from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from George Mason University.
