Kathryn Phelps

Kathryn Phelps has over ten years of experience with Amgen working on health policy and reimbursement issues. She recently took a new role supporting and executing the strategic initiatives of the oncology market access team. Previously she served as the payer policy lead for the Oncology Business Unit for five years. She is a subject matter expert in Medicare Part B coverage and payment policy. Prior to Amgen, Kathryn help positions at both Avalere and The Pink Sheet. She holds a BA in political science from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
