Kathryn Collins

Kathryn Collins is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Entergy Corporation, where she oversees the talent and culture strategy, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits, diversity/inclusion/belonging, HR business partnership, labor relations, and organizational health.

She has 30+ years of strategic leadership experience in human resources, corporate communications, and engineering across diverse industries, including the tech, retail, heavy industrial, and utility sectors.

Prior to joining Entergy in 2020, Kathryn served as chief human resources officer for Arcosa, Inc. Other previous executive leadership roles include positions at Trinity Industries, RealPage and JCPenney. She began her career as an industrial engineer with Texas Instruments.

Throughout her career, Kathryn has demonstrated a track record of success in strategy development and execution, governance, organizational transformation, and culture optimization. She has spearheaded successful culture transformations and stakeholder outcomes while building scalable human capital strategies capable of responding agilely to fluctuating market conditions.

Kathryn earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In addition, Kathryn is a leader in her community. She is an active member of the Board and Finance Committee for the Girl Scouts of Louisiana East, responsible for leading the organization through a financial transformation during the challenges of the COVID pandemic and multiple natural disasters.
