Kathrin Dahnke

Kathrin is the CFO at OSRAM. She is also the second deputy chairwoman and audit committee chair at Knorr-Bremse and a member of the audit committee at Fraport. Previously, Kathrin was CFO and a member of the supervisory board at Wilhelm Werhahn, where she was responsible for the Building Materials Unit. Her prior experience includes group finance director and CFO at GIldemeister (now DMG Mori Seiki), managing director responsible for finance at Otto Block, and associate director of mergers and acquisitions at WestLB. Earlier in her career, she was group treasurer at Beirsdorf.

Kathrin completed her studies in business administration at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
