Julie Boland

Vice Chair and Central Region Managing Partner

EY

Julie is EY’s vice chair and Central region managing partner. In her role, Julie is responsible for driving market leadership, developing and retaining talent, creating high-performing teams, and providing exceptional client service for a regional practice of 1, professionals spanning 15 states and 17 offices. She serves as a Senior Advisory Partner on several of the region’s largest clients and as a member of the US Executive Committee, the Americas Operating Executive, the Global Accounts Committee and the Central Leadership Team.

Julie previously served as EY’s Cleveland office managing partner, the second largest office in the region, and as a global client service partner on several of our largest accounts. She was the presiding partner for EY’s Central Region Partner Forum and a member of the US Partner/Principal Council, Americas Advisory Council, the Global Governance Council, and Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council.

Before joining EY in 21, Julie began her career as a CPA in the audit practice of another Big Four firm. She worked at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs leading up to her CFO roles at publicly and privately held companies. Throughout her 3-year career, she has worked in offices located in London, New York, Chicago, and Cleveland.

She’s a native of northeast Ohio.
