Judy Mouchawar

Judy Mouchawar, MD, MSPH is a Medical Director in the Office of Clinical Affairs at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). In this role she reviews Medical Policy for clinical content, and she provides clinical expertise for Medical Affairs projects related to cancer, genetics, and genomics. Dr. Mouchawar was previously a Medical Director at Blue Cross of Idaho where she was also the Medical Director of Medical Policy, with prior experience in clinical care and research related to cancer genetics. She is board certified in Preventive Medicine and fellowship trained in Cancer Genetics and Cancer Prevention. Additionally, she is a board certified genetic counselor.
