Joy Greenway

Joy Greenway was most recently the leader of Global Business Solutions at General Motors, having also been the CFO of Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors.
Joy has served as a director of Hillenbrand, Inc. since February 213.
She previously served as Senior Vice President of Visteon Corporation, a Tier 1 automotive systems supplier, and held multiple, global business leadership roles (2-213).
Prior to joining Visteon, Joy was the Director of Operations for United Technologies Corporation (1995-2). Before United Technologies Corporation, she was employed by GE Industrial Power Systems as a Materials Director (1994-1995) and served in various management positions at GE Aerospace/Martin Marietta (1982-1994).
Joy is a graduate of the GE’s Manufacturing Management Program, and holds a BSIE from the University of Illinois, an MSME from Syracuse University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of MIT.
