Executive Experience: Joe Bronson is currently principal, The Bronson Group, LLC a business advisory group focused on operational and financial consulting and is a strategic advisor to Cowen & Co. Joe is also an advisor to Sarda Technologies headquartered in Durham, North Carolina.

From 29 to March 21 he was the CEO and president of Silicon Valley Technology Corporation. Prior to SVTC, he previously served as the president and chief operating officer and director of Sanmina-SCI, Corporation. Prior to joining Sanmina-SCI, Joe served as co-chief executive officer and president of Form Factor from November 24 to January 27 and as a director since April 22. Prior to Form Factor, Joe was previously the EVP and CFO of Applied Materials, Inc. Joe had a number of general management and executive positions with Applied spanning a career of 22 years.

Additional information: Joe is a member of the board of trustees of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, and currently serves as the chair of the board of trustees of Bellarmine Preparatory School in San Jose, California. Joe was the recipient of the President’s Award at Bellarmine in 214. He is also on the board of regents and chair of the advisory board of the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Joe is a certified public accountant and holds a BS degree in accounting from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He was inducted into the University of Connecticut Business School Hall of Fame in May 26.
