Jane Peverett

Jane Peverett was president and chief executive officer of British Columbia Transmission Corporation (BCTC) from 25 to 29 and chief financial officer of BCTC from 23 to 25. She held progressively senior finance, regulatory and executive roles with Westcoast Energy Inc. from 1988 to 23 and was president and chief executive officer of Union Gas Limited from 21 to 23. In addition to numerous public company directorships, Jane is chair of the board of CSA Group.
Jane holds a bachelor of commerce degree from McMaster University and a master of business administration degree from Queen’s University. She is a certified management accountant, a fellow of the Society of Management Accountants and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with the designation ICD.D.
