Executive Experience: Jane Peverett is a corporate director, currently serving on the boards of CIBC, CP Rail, Capital Power and NW Natural. She chairs the audit and finance committee at CP Rail, and the finance committee at NW Natural. Jane also serves on the board of CSA Group, which she chairs.  From 214 to 219, she was the audit committee chair at CIBC. Previous boards include Encana where she chaired the audit committee and Hydro One where she chaired the governance committee.

Additional information: Jane holds a bachelor of commerce from McMaster University, an MBA from Queen’s University and is a certified management accountant.
