Henry Nasella

Henry Nasella is currently the Non-Executive Chair of PVH. Previously, he served on the boards of Ariat, Natural Food Holdings, Au Bon Pain, Panera Bread, Denny’s, Spyder Active Sports, Utla Beauty, and Blinds-To-Go.

Henry co-founded LNK Partners, a private equity firm, in 25. Prior to LNK, he was a Venture Partner at Apax Partners, where he was a senior member of the U.S. Consumer and Retail Group. Before Apax, Henry led the successful buyout of Star Markets, a regional supermarket chain, and served as Chairman and CEO of the company until its sale to Sainsbury Plc. Prior to Star Markets, Henry was the first President of Staples, where he built the company from a startup into a global leader in office supply retailing. He has over 25 years of operating experience and 19 years of private equity experience in the consumer and retail industry.

Henry received a B.S. from Northeastern University, where he is a Chair Emeritus and Trustee.
