Hal Kravitz

Having spent over 30 years as a leader in the Coca-Cola System including roles in general management, strategy and business development, operations, marketing, sales and revenue management, Hal brings a breadth of business and industry knowledge to those he works with.

Leveraging his degree in accounting from the University of Georgia, Hal began his career with Coca-Cola in 1983 where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the field and at the company’s headquarters focusing on sales, marketing, and operations. In 2001, after several other managerial roles within Coca-Cola North America, Hal was named Vice President and General Manager of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) operations in the Southeastern United States, a business unit responsible for $2.5B in annual revenue generating $350m of operating profit.

After seven successful years at CCE in his Southeastern GM role as well as serving as Chief Revenue Officer for three years, Hal came back to the Coca-Cola Company to become president of Coca-Cola North America’s Glaceau division post acquisition where he led its operations of the newly formed business unit, including oversight of brands vitaminwater, smartwater, Powerade, Fuze, and the company’s energy drink brands. Hal then led the division’s initial integration into the broader Coca-Cola North America business unit in 2009.

After stepping down from Coca-Cola in 2013, Hal was a founding member of InterContinenal Beverage Capital, a New-York based merchant bank focused on advisory services and investment in the CPG and beverage industries.

Hal has spent the last nine years of his career helping entrepreneurial companies and emerging beverage brands drive growth and profitability. Hal served as CEO of Certified Management Group(CMG), a family owned outsource sales and brand management company representing major CPG and emerging brand companies with independent Wholesalers, Cash&Carry, food truck commissaries, and vend operators from April, 2018 to December 2019 when it was acquired by Advantage Solutions through a very successful exit. Prior to this, Hal served as CEO and Board member of AQUAhydrate, a premium bottled water company primarily owned by Ron Burkle, Yucaipa companies, actor and entrepreneur Mark Wahlberg, and music industry mogul and entrepreneur Sean “P Diddy” Combs from July, 2014 to March, 2018.

In his most recent full time role, Hal served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Advantage Solutions with responsibility for the acquired Certified Management Group, the Convenience Store Channel, and Inside Sales Grouo from January, 2020 to November, 2021.

Hal serves as the Lead Independent Director on the board of Nasdaq listed Celsius Holdings Inc., a fast growing and lead fitness and lifestyle energy beverage, Board member of Nirvana Water Science, an early stage functional beverage and supplement company, Board member of MFMsoft, an AI driven software company, and as an External Advisor at Bain & Company for the Consumer Products and Retail Practices.

Hal resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Betsy.
