Additional information: Guylaine is a Canadian citizen and a graduate of the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), and Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Previously, Guylaine chaired the joint committee on corporate governance (CICA, CDNX & TSX), created in 2, acted as chairman of the board of directors of CBC/Radio-Canada, and as chairman of the Institut Canadien des Comptables Agréés. 

Guylaine was the first woman to serve as president of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce. She became a member of the Order of Canada in 1989 and a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors in 24, received the 25th McGill University Management Prize in 25, and obtained the professional qualification of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 21.
