Dona D. Young is an executive/board consultant and retired chair, president and chief executive officer of The Phoenix Companies, which was an insurance and asset management company at the time of her tenure. She was appointed to Aegon’s supervisory board in 213, and her current term will end in 221, pending re-election. She is chair of the supervisory board risk committee and member of the supervisory board nomination and governance committee.

Dona is member and lead director of the board of directors of Foot Locker. Furthermore, Dona is a member of the audit committee of the board of trustees of Save the Children US (not listed), and member of the board of Save the Children International and Save the Children Association and serves as an independent member of the advisory board of Spahn and Rose (not listed). Dona is a member of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Dona is also on the board of USAA and serves on their compensation and workforce committee, nominating and governance committee and audit committee.
