Dona Young

Dona Young spent nearly 30 years at The Phoenix Companies, where she held several senior leadership roles, serving as chair, president, and chief executive officer. She currently serves on the board of directors of USAA, where she chairs the Finance & Audit Committee, is a director of Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., and serves on the Advisory Board of Gemline. Her extensive board experience includes serving as former chair of Foot Locker and as a former member of the board of directors of Aegon, as well as prior service on the boards of Save the Children, Sonoco Products Company, Wachovia, and other organizations. Dona holds a BA and an MA in political science from Drew University and a JD from the University of Connecticut.
