David W. Dorman is chair of the board of CVS Health, the largest pharmacy health care provider in the United States with integrated offerings across the entire spectrum of pharmacy care. Dave also sits on the boards of Dell Technologies, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc. as well as the boards of privately-held InfoWorks.io Inc. and Smartvue Corp. He also previously served on the boards of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Motorola, Inc.), YUM! Brands, SecureWorks Corp., Scientific Atlanta, and Georgia Tech Foundation.

Dave is a founding partner of Centerview Capital Holdings. He was a managing director and senior advisor with Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm that has invested more than $29 billion in 585 companies in 3 countries. Dave previously served as chair and CEO of AT&T Corp., the largest telecommunications company in the world. He joined AT&T as president in December 2 and was named chair and CEO in November 22, leading the company through profound reinvention and transformation prior to completing the merger of AT&T Corp. and SBC Communications in November 25.

In 1994, at age 39, Dave became the youngest CEO of a Bell operating company when he was named CEO of Pacific Bell. As chair, president, and CEO, he led an $11 billion business with 5, employees serving more than 1 million households and 1 million business customers. Dave became an executive vice president of SBC Communications when it acquired Pacific Bell, with responsibility for strategic planning, long distance, and internet business.
