Executive Experience:  From June 25, 214 to January 1, 215, David served as president and chief executive officer of Layne Christensen Company. For more than five years prior to May 25, David was president of The Windsor Group, a management consulting firm of which he was a co-founder.

David, also a chartered accountant, has a broad breadth of knowledge regarding finance and varied businesses gathered over many years as a business consultant, particularly in the oil and gas sector in which the company has many interests, and as a director of several public companies, including chairman of the board of four public companies.

Additional information: David has been chairman of the board of directors of Concrete Pumping Holdings Inc. since July 217. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of Global Power Equipment Group Inc. David also served as chairman of the board of Layne Christensen Company from June 25 to May 218; chairman of Pride International, Inc. from May 25 to May 211, then after Pride was acquired by Ensco plc, he served as a director of Ensco from May 211 to May 214. From 21 to 26, David was a member of the board of directors of Mission Resources Corp.; from 21 to 27, a director of NS Group Inc.; from 26 to 27, a director of Petrohawk Energy Corporation; and from 215-216 a director of Hercules Offshore, Inc.
